Broke even on wild card weekend. All road teams won outright. Lost by the hook with the favored Steelers on the road. As long as the Steelers win their games that is fine. Home dogs Vikes covered for me. Packers over Redskins show why momentum heading into the playoffs is meaningless.
AFC is a crap shoot. Going to gamble on the road dogs. NFC teams coming off bye seem much stronger.

Saturday
Kansas City Chiefs (+5) over New England Patriots
Betting with my heart over my head. I just don't want to see the Pats in the AFC Championship let alone Super Bowl again. Chiefs won 11 straight because to get to this point they basically needed to win 11 straight. Patriots lost 4 of their last 6 after starting 10-0 because it really didn't matter.
Arizona Cardinals (-7) over Green Bay Packers
Aaron Rodgers was finally happy for a weekend against the playoff inexperienced Redskins in Washington. Don't think it will continue in Arizona. In Bruce Arians I trust.
Sunday
Carolina Panthers (-2.5) over Seattle Seahawks
I actually won betting against the Seahawks as a favorite last weekend. They were out played and clearly deserved to lose outright in Minnesota. I honestly don't think the Seahawks are in the same class as the Panthers. At least Russell Wilson should enjoy the weather in Charlotte better than Minneapolis.
Pittsburgh Steelers (+6.5) over Denver Broncos
Steelers walking wounded get a little extra time to try to heal playing the late game on Sunday. This bet is based on the belief Ben Roethlisberger can play which now seems more than likely. Would feel better if the news on Antonio Brown's availability was more positive. The line not dropping under a touchdown would have also been nice.
Last Week
Kansas City Chiefs (-3) over Houston Texans WIN
Pittsburgh Steelers (-2.5) over Cincinnati Bengals LOSS
Minnesota Vikings (+5) over Seattle Seahawks WIN
Washington Redskins (-1) over Green Bay Packers LOSS
Playoffs: 2-2
